| Hello -- welcome to my homepage. I discovered the net in 1994 when we got our first internet connection as one of Demon's early customers. Working for British Airways in the safety training department, I saw an opportunity to bring my two passions of training and the internet together by providing safety information to the travelling public. My inflight safety site went 'live' in 1996 and I'm pleased to hear from email feedback I've received, that it's proven to be a useful resource for safety research by both the general public as well as aviation and safety professionals. The site has also been reviewed on related tv programmes, documentaries and magazine articles all over the world.
I've always been very active on the internet, regularly posting messages to a number of newsgroups and chatting to friends around the globe on IRC. As an interesting diversion, I took time out from my regular job to work on television, presenting over 80 episodes over four series of an ITV magazine programme about the internet, which was huge fun. I hope you enjoy looking around my homepage. I've included links to a number of my friends, as well as to other websites I've found interesting. Perhaps you will, too. |
